Tilt correction: "Underpinning method" for correcting building tilt.

By performing a jack-up at the top of the steel pipe piles, the tilt of the building is corrected!

"Underpinning Method" This method involves extending steel pipes beneath the foundation of a structure while using the building's own weight as a reaction force. The steel pipe piles are driven into the ground, and by performing a jack-up at the top of the steel pipe piles, the tilt of the building is corrected. Since the steel pipe piles are driven down to the supporting ground and act as support piles, there is no risk of the building settling again. This method is suitable for small to medium-sized structures. 【Features】 ■ Can be implemented even for heavy structures ■ Selection of steel pipe diameter based on load ■ Flexible arrangement of steel pipes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. Tilt correction: "Side Pinning Method" for correcting building tilt.

Rotary driven piles are installed to the supporting ground without relying on the building's own weight! Installation is possible even during ongoing settlement.

"Side Piling Method (Helical Pile Method)" Using a dedicated machine, a helical pile with a connecting spiral plate is rotated and pressed into the supporting ground, increasing the load-bearing capacity of the building and preventing settlement. A hydraulic jack is attached to the bracket section to correct any tilt. The tilt correction can be repeated. This method is suitable for small-scale structures. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed even during ongoing settlement ■ Can be constructed in narrow spaces (at least 50 cm distance from neighboring properties) ■ Ideal for correcting external structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. Tilt correction: "JOG method" building tilt correction

No need for excavation work on the periphery, resulting in a short construction period! It is possible to construct even large buildings exceeding 10 stories.

The "JOG Method" does not require excavation work on the outer perimeter, resulting in a shorter construction period, and it is a method that does not apply localized forces to the structure. By injecting grout material under the foundation while controlling it with a computer, we can correct any tilting. The formulation of a two-component grout material injected through a double pipe allows us to set the curing time according to the ground and construction environment. We construct improved ground to ensure ground reaction force, and further correct tilting by pressing in quick-setting grout. 【Features】 ■ No excavation work on the outer perimeter is necessary ■ No localized forces act on the structure ■ Applicable for large buildings exceeding 10 stories *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
